Václav Peloušek - musician, co-founder and main inventor of Bastl Instruments is going to share his insight of designing musical instruments and how that interacts/interferes with being a musician.
Václav Peloušek is going to talk about how music could be seen as a greater social structure and how musical instruments could be used as a way to grow and flourish social creative environment.
BIO: Václav Peloušek is a musician and an inventor based in Brno. He studied transdisciplinary creativity and graduated Art & Science class at University of Applied Arts in Vienna in 2014. During studies he teamed up with Ondřej Merta, not only as a band mates, but also to create new instruments and reflect origins of electronic creativity. They started art project Standuino in 2011 and later a company Bastl Instruments in 2013. Peloušek designed whole range of musical instruments, currently produced by Bastl and performs his music as Toyota Vangelis.
