A sample from an extensive set of audiovisual works, which, as in Michal Cáb work, are written in programming environments such as Supercollider or Processing and dealing with for example modes of our perception. In his realizations, Pešek was inspired, among others, by the work of the Vašulkas' colleague from Buffalo, Hollis Frampton, about whom he wrote his master's thesis at FAMU.
Audiovisual artist, programmer and supporter of free software Kof (Kryštof Pešek,1986) graduated from the Center for Audiovisual Studies at FAMU. His audiovisual pieces are mostly built on his own software or hardware principles and solutions. He taught at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and worked in the digital laboratory of the National Film Archive. In 2016, he visited Woody and Steina in Santa Fe, where he made technical documentation of some of Woody's installations from The Brotherhood series.
